Realising an ambition in 2020, Refilwe started Small Packages. She and her team are laser focused on finding distressed, under-utilised property, buying from motivated sellers for value and speed . We buy residential and commercial units where there is an opportunity to significantly uplift the capital value. Then renovate, reconfigure and/or repurpose them before refinancing our funds ready for the next project.
It is hugely satisfying to restore defunct properties, and provide new, high quality homes for local communities across the south east. Refilwe's passion and enthusiasm for property, and her pride in the finished product, shines through every project we complete.
